Meeting Minutes 10/29/09

Gentlemen:

Minutes from the Demeter Investment Partnership meeting held October 10, 2009.

Members present:  Matt Nelson, Pete Max. Chris Wulke, Bruce McKimmy, Don Perrine, Chris Crew.

Discussion of finanacial situation, and recruiting of new members.  3 possible new members noted. 
Presentation from Bruce McKimmy of the current financial position.  Approximately $6000 available for new investment. 
Discussion of several investment options - the following were selected for purchase, and the dollar amounts authorized: 

• L J International  (JADE)  $3000.00
  
• Provident  Energy Trust (PVX)   $2000.00
• Target (TGT)  $500.00

The vote in favor of these purchases was unanimous.  Some additional companies to watch were noted:

• Augusta Resource  (AZC)
  
• Lindsay Corporation  (LNN)
• Verizon   (VZ)
  
• Qwest  (Q)
  
• CB Richard Ellis Group Inc.  (CBG)

The next Partnership Meeting will be held on or about December 10, 2009.  Exact location and time/date to be determined.
